MUMBAI: Godrej & Boyce, the owner-developer, and Godrej Properties, the development manager, announced on Wednesday that the two companies will continue their association for land development in Vikhroli.

CHANDIGARH: In a major breakthrough in the multi-crore Nature Heights Infra Scam, Punjab Police on Tuesday said that they have arrested the main accused, Neeraj Thathai, alias Neeraj Arora, who was absconding for the past nine years and was declared a proclaimed offender.

CHENNAI: The ED is probing the investments made by drug lord and former leader of the ruling DMK, Jaffer Sadiq, who was recently arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) after a four-month-long manhunt. The ED has registered a case and is probing the alleged investments made by Jaffer Sadiq in Tamil and Hindi movie industries.

LUCKNOW: Former Samajwadi Party MLA, Indal Rawat, has been booked for allegedly duping a real estate company of Rs 2.52 crore, said officials.

CHANDIGARH: Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh on Friday announced a slew of relief measures for the beleaguered real estate sector amid the unprecedented Covid-19 situation, including six-month extension in the permissible period of construction of plots/projects for all allottees, whether private or allotted by state urban authorities, either through auction or draw of lots.

NEW DELHI:Although the real estate sector has been going through a subdued phase over the past few years, a survey by Anarock and LIC Housing Finance showed that real estate is the most preferred asset class for investments in the country.

GURUGRAM:Following complaints of Gurugram's District Town and Country Planning (DTCP) Department, the city police on Monday registered FIR against five real estate developers including a company of a Bharatiya Janata Party MP, an official said.
